Hendrickje Windisch

Hendrickje is an Analyst at the Directorate for Education and Skills of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Prior to this, she worked for the German International Cooperation (GIZ) on vocational education and training in Kosovo. She holds a Master’s degree from the College of Europe and the University of St. Andrews.
