Professor Ewart Keep is Director of Oxford University’s Centre on Skills, Knowledge & Organisational Performance (SKOPE). He has been a full-time researcher on education, training and skills for 28 years, and has written extensively on lifelong learning, apprenticeships, the incentives to learn, employers’ attitudes towards skills and training, higher education policy, and the formulation and implementation of UK skills policy.
